1-No one should be entering the Sands Commerce Center more than an hour prior to opening time.
2-Please do not park and trespass in other businesses parking lots**** if you get caught you will not be allowed to shop.
3-There is no smoking on our premises which includes the parking lot.
4-Masks must be worn before exiting your car to line up.
5-Everyone must remain in their cars until staff waves you out.
6-15 minutes prior to each session, please line up where instructed by staff members.
7-There is no running towards the lines or at anytime.
8-All questions can be answered by reading our procedures and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
9-First person in line is not the first person to go in to store. We randomly select a number and that is where the line starts. We also let people in from all lines in order to make it fair.
10-In the event you do not comply with a rule outside or give staff a hard time, you will not enter store and will be asked to leave. We give you ample opportunities to comply with our rules and/or procedures prior to being asked to leave. Once you are asked to leave you must do so right away or you leave us no choice but to have the police officer trespass you.
11-Masks MUST be worn at all times while you are in line or in the store.
12-Do not ask anyone to hurry or move from a bin you are looking to dig in.
13-Respect customers and staff at all times or you will be asked to leave without purchase.
14-Handbags, backpacks, diaper bags, or any type of bags of any kind are strictly prohibited.
15-All minors (anyone under 18 years of age) MUST always remain with their parents.
16-All minors (anyone under 18 years of age) CANNOT dig through the bins.
17-No climbing on the bins.
18-Minors can attend but cannot dig. We ID individuals appearing to be less than 18 years of age.
19-Strollers are allowed.
20-inspection is limited to 3 items per person twice per session only. THERE’S NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE ITEM IF YOU BRING IT TO INSPECTION. Please have items ready when you reach the Inspection counter.
21-No opening or reopening any type of packaging or item even if it was previously opened. This includes all clear and color ziplock bags, envelopes, boxes, wrapping, etc. This rule is strictly enforced and only get one warning, second reminder = being asked to leave store without purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!
22-NO congregating or sitting on the floor to sort or check products.
23-All purchasing decisions must be made at the bin area.
24-NO AGGRESSIVE MOVING, THROWING, OR PUSHING OF ITEMS. YOU MUST 25-RESPECT STAFF AND FELLOW CUSTOMERS. This rule is strictly enforced!
25-At check-out make sure your final selection is made prior to getting line.
26-Please hand cashier your ikea bag so he or she can begin counting.
27-Do not hand one item at a time as that will cause huge delays with out check-out lines.
28- For accuracy. DO NOT speak to cashier when he/she has started counting your items.
29-Should you change your mind about purchasing an item while employee is counting, you will be asked to go to the back of the line.
30-It is your responsibility to make sure you have all of the items you purchase prior to leaving the store.
31- No Exchanges, refunds, or credits. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
